Opportunity Description
1). Should take care of Shift Production activities with the junior employees.
2). Interaction with Stores, Quality control & related departments.
3). Responsible for Safety, 5 S & general discipline Knowledge on machineries, welding, assembling of
Valve components.
4). Knowledge on drawings, process layouts, basic material.
5). Knowledge on testing, interaction with third party inspectors , Lean concepts, like JIT system ,
Kanban , SMED , VSM.
6). Knowledge In welding - SMAW , Tungsten Inert Gas, Metal Inert Gas Welding , plasma transferred arc welding, Submerged arc welding is mandatory.
7). Coordination with planning & ensure daily output in terms of Plan Vs Actual.
8). Ensure 100 % adherence to the monthly production & revenue plan.
9). Should be able to handle employees based on their skills.
10). End to end handling of activities is expected
