Supervisor, Maintenance - ElectricalJob Summary:
This position is responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of hourly employees’ work during the execution of electrical preventative and reactive maintenance.Maintain 100% compliance with and fully support refinery HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and initiatives Serve as a safety leader within the Refinery by setting the example for safety in the field Address/communicate observed unsafe conditions immediately Instill the expectation to identify and eliminate hazards associated with daily work activity and enforce the use of safe work procedures and practices Consider potential HSE impacts when completing maintenance work scope.
