Position Summary

Oversees personnel within the Manufacturing Coordinator department, ensuring precise and timely documentation as well as operational support across Production Operations—including Processing, Packaging, Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, and Aseptic Production. Develops individualized development plans for each direct report to align team capabilities with future needs, organizational changes, and departmental growth opportunities. Manages batch record flow and holds ultimate responsibility for any product-release delays related to documentation and inventory.
