Supervisor – Final Assembly of Trailers and Truck Bodies

Location: Factory in Närpes.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating, leading and following up on daily operations in accordance with quality requirements, delivery plans, productivity targets and compliance standards. You will work closely with the Department Manager and Team Leaders. Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations to meet quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Lead and supervise the assembly team and ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow up on production performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
