Supervisor, Pharmacy Technician - Hiring ASAP

SUMMARY: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of pharmacy technicians serving ARx Patient Solutions Pharmacy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment.

+ Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels

+ Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence.

+ Manages and reallocates resources intraday to maintain workload and service level agreements.

+ Provides coaching and performance feedback daily and as needed.

+ Provides weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes.

+ Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction.

+ Completes daily timecard review, quarterly performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
