This is an open position with Mon Power, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [MP]

This is a position in Maintenance at Haywood Harrison Power Station.

This position is responsible for efficient and safe maintenance activities on all plant equipment and facilities.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Overseeing and directing electrical maintenance activities for plant generating units and associated equipment.
+ Monitoring activities of nonexempt, physical employees and enforcing conformance to established work practices, rules, methods, and policies.
+ Implementing instruction and training of employees in the established work practices, methods and policies.
+ Identifying and understanding the causes of rework.
+ Interfacing with vendors and supply chain as related to assigned equipment and systems.
