Job Summary: Under the direction of the Manager, Programs & Outreach, Newmarket Public Library, the Supervisor, Programming & Outreach is responsible for supervising and coordinating library programming and outreach, evaluating all programs, ensuring diverse offerings, and overseeing Xplor functionality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate library programming & outreach for Newmarket Public Library.
• Evaluate and oversee all programs and outreach activities ensuring diverse and varied programming.
• Oversee all Xplor functionality.
• Collaborate with community partners, service clubs, not-for-profit organizations, and private businesses.
• Develop and execute community engagement and program planning processes.
• Manage budget preparation and monitoring within allocated resources.
