Supervisor – Sidewalks and Concrete

The City of Victoria is hiring a Supervisor – Sidewalks and Concrete to lead a high-performing crew delivering essential infrastructure across our streets and public spaces. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a team of approximately 20 staff, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You’ll bring both strong leadership and technical expertise in municipal concrete construction—guiding work on sidewalks, curb and gutter, and related infrastructure; fostering a strong safety culture; setting priorities; managing budgets and projects; supporting employee development; and driving continuous improvement. Balancing time in the field with planning, coordination, and collaboration, you’ll help ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
