Job Description
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and workers.
Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and schedules.
Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager on daily activities.
Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with
Workplace Safety and Health Council
guidelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, attendance, and work progress records.
Resolve on-site problems and delays promptly.
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
