Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor (Supermarket)

We are a SME supermarket retail company, looking for individuals who would like to join us as Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Remove expired or damaged products, replenish and rotate items.
• Ensure that display space is fully stocked.
• Arrange stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure products are within shelf life.
• Other ad‑hoc duties

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of work experience required.
• 6‑day work week/shift work and must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays.
