1. Production / Repacking Operations
Supervise daily activities across shifts as per production and dispatch plans.Execute repacking of specialty chemicals into approved pack sizes (cartridges, cans, pails, drums, IBCs, etc.).Ensure machine readiness, correct settings, and effective utilization of repacking equipment.Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other cross functional team to ensure smooth operations.2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
