Supervisor/MCAI Scheduling

**Position Summary** : This position is responsible for all scheduling functions performed by the MCAI scheduling department. Provides leadership in staff management and development, manages lead times and all scheduling functions for the MCAI scheduling department. Insures scheduling staff are providing exceptional customer service and providing the best possible experience for patients and their families.
**Position Requirements** :
+ High School graduate required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in scheduling/patient registration
+ Advanced business skills of computer systems and operational process knowledge
+ Speaks English fluently; bilingual (Spanish) abilities desirable
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Detail oriented. Able to set priorities and thoroughly develop protocols, implementation plans and policies procedures.
