Supervisory Air Traffic Control Specialist, (Operations Supervisor )

Summary The Operation Supervisor directs a staff of ATCS's who are responsible for carrying out air traffic control assignments within a limited geographic area. Work typically impacts field facility operations and a few FAA offices outside of the facility. Responsibilities Serves as an Operations Supervisor (OS) in a Level 7 tower facility responsible for planning and directing operations within delegated areas of responsibility. Effects disciplinary actions. Provides first-line supervision to a team of ATCS personnel.
