PDCN: T7020000 Selecting Supervisor: Joseph G. Marshall Responsibilities Serves as the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Branch Chief responsible for supervising and managing the ATC tower and ground controlled approach (GCA) in support of an Army National Guard (ARNG) Air Traffic Control Tower. Is responsible for the daily operation and quality of ATC support provided by the tower, and GCA radar facility. Maintains currency in ATC rules and regulations by reviewing changes to FAA and Army regulations. Implements timely changes to operational procedures. Initiates actions with safety, standards and airfield operations to revise procedures to comply with regulatory guidance. Assumes overall responsibility for ATC quality by ensuring controllers are proficient, current in all aspects of ATC, adhering to correct procedures, shift staff...
