Advises key managers of important contract / cost and pricing management issues and directs action to identify and resolve critical administrative or technical problems. Exercises authority over a wide range of personnel actions, including interviewing, selection, awards and disciplinary actions. Continually scrutinizes operations, reviewing and assessing program and milestone status, reports of program reviews, and operational recommendations.
