Summary This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of the Administrator, Equal Employment Opportunity Office This position's primary purpose is to provide expert advisory, consultative, and technical services to the Department on complex EEO issues requiring legal interpretations of policy and procedures; and ensuring compliance with 29 CFR Part 1614, MD-110, MD-715, and applicable EEO laws. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Equal Employment Specialist, your typical work assignments may include: Providing supervisory, technical and programmatic oversight for EEO matters throughout the complaint cycle (i.e., counseling, formal complaints). Establishing agency wide discrimination complaint policies according to EEOC regulations, and evaluates program requirements to ensure effective, efficient, and responsive complaint processing services are in place.
