The primary purpose of this position is to exercises second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Force Development Flight activities assigned to the Force Support Squadron. Oversees the Education and Training programs for military/civilians assigned to the installation. Responsibilities Serves as the Force Development Flight Chief overseeing military and civilian force development, to include education and training, comprehensive testing, libraries and information services, and professional military education. Reviews and structures organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
