The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Facilities Manager and first level supervisor, providing planning, direction, organization, and control over nonsupervisory employees in support of facilities maintenance and facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization (FSRM) project management in all USSOCOM Headquarters facilities, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of USSOCOM Facilities Maintenance and Space Planning Branch, ensuring that SOCOM Headquarters complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
