Summary About the Position: Serves as the Deputy Director of a Human Resources (HR) Region of the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is an organization in the Department of the Army responsible for providing civilian human resources support. CHRA's Mission is to recruit, develop, and sustain a professional civilian workforce through effective, efficient, and responsive Human Resource products and advisory services. Responsibilities Directs comprehensive evaluations of regional operations to ensure optimal work quality, regulatory compliance, and highly effective service delivery to management and employees. Formulates authoritative HR guidance to resolve unprecedented, highly complex classification, recruitment, and labor relations challenges for regional CHRA and Division Directors.
