Responsibilities Continued from Summary Section: The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Civilian Personnel Flight consisting of the Civilian Personnel Section (CPS) and the Non-Appropriated Fund Human Resources section (NAF HRO).
