Opportunity Description

Summary You will serve as the Director in the Workforce Relations and Compensation Division, Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR). You will provide leadership and direct subordinate staff in the promulgation of civilian personnel programs such as labor and employee relations, performance management, awards, suitability, leave, telework, drug-free workplace, injury compensation, harassment prevention and response, workplace violence, alternate dispute resolution and benefits support. Responsibilities You will supervise, manage, and direct a team of functional civilian personnel experts engaged in policy development, program planning, program administration, program assessment of Department of the Navy's (DoN) wide scope and impact. You will analyze new laws, regulations, directives, and policy issuance to determine impact and need for new/ revised policy statements or guidance.
