Responsibilities Direct human resources strategic planning initiatives and activities, identify long and short-term objectives, and develop policies for Agency-wide implementation. Create and implement program and process remedies involving novel and highly complex issues that result in major precedent-setting decisions. Analyze and implement an Agency’s corporate decisions relative to changes in policies as well as new legal guidance, laws, and regulations.
