Responsibilities Plan, develop, execute, and evaluate any given Human Resources program such as: Classification, Benefits, Pay, Worker’s Compensation, Recruitment, and/or Staffing. Serve as the unit’s technical expert in Human Resources Management in conducting evaluations, developing solutions to highly complex and difficult problems, and developing broad and long-range program direction. Collaborate with high-level management to develop agency positions, proposals, and strategies on complex Human Resources issues.
