Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST (SHIPS) in the Little Creek (JEBLC) Ops Branch Code 314, Waterfront Operations Department (WFO) Code 300, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will supervise, provide advice, counsel, and instruct employees on both work and administrative matters. You will develop performance standards and evaluate the work performance of subordinates. You will manage ship repair job orders and contracts by progressing/monitoring all work to anticipate, prevent, or minimize delays.
