Supervisory Loan Specialist (Commercial)

Summary This position is located in a State or Area Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent serves as the Business and Program Director. The incumbent is primarily responsible for program planning, policy development, administration, coordination and evaluation of the full scope of activities related to the State's rural business and cooperative development loan, grant, and loan guarantee programs. Responsibilities Serves as the state’s authority in Business and Cooperative Program policies and activities. Evaluates business and cooperative program operations by conducting or directing special studies and analyzing reports and materials on program activities and problems. Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement Rural Development’s marketing program for the state.
