Supervisory Loan Specialist (General)

Summary This position will oversee the West Area Offices for the State of Pennsylvania. This position is located in the Pennsylvania Area Office in USDA Rural Development (RD). Incumbent serves as a key member of the Pennsylvania State Director's staff, participating fully in the planning, development, and implementation of rural development and assistance programs. Applications will only be accepted from current, permanent Rural Development employees. Responsibilities Directly supervises specialists and technicians assigned to the Area Office. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates. Sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Supervises loan, grant, and guarantee programs throughout the jurisdictional area.
