The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Logistics Manager for the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) with responsibility for analyzing logistics contingency readiness programs and plans, providing advice and assistance to the Squadron Commander, and long-term planning for the squadron capability to support base readiness. Responsibilities Plans, organizes and oversees the activities of the LRS and provides advice and assistance to the squadron leadership on business processes and performance/efficiency of the squadron. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work as first level supervisor and through one subordinate supervisor.
