The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor and/or flight chief, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Security Forces Flight. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of a Security Forces Flight, ensuring that personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Security Forces Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
