Summary This position is in the Division of Litigation Technology and Analysis in the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection. The Division of Litigation Technology and Analysis plays a central role in the Bureau's investigation and litigation of consumer protection matters, including working with attorneys to assess investigatory and discovery needs, managing the technological tools used to conduct investigations and litigation, and evaluating and implementing emerging technologies. Responsibilities The incumbent serves as an Assistant Director, working closely with the Associate Director to establish the Division's agenda and to meet the Division's goals, including developing and implementing best practices for investigations and e-discovery.
