Summary Supervisory Program Specialist position serves as the Administrator for the Clinical Operations and reports to the Associate Chief of Staff for Medical Specialty. Has oversite of staff and is recognized as non-clinical expert in the field of Medical Specialty Care and Surgical Center Operations. Is a key resource in delivery of medical and surgical programs to Veterans. Project officer responsible for evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of major program operations throughout the VHA Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Advise on productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of clinical program operations. Analyze and interprets local and national trends or patterns to understand patient expectations using patient satisfaction metrics.
