Responsibilities Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief, Public Affairs, a first level supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Public Affairs office. Position serves as the principal adviser to the Commander/Director, senior staff, and external leaders on all matters relating to internal and external communication, including policy formulation and the potential public reaction to proposed policy, activities, and operations.
