Supervisory Recreation Specialist (OER)

Summary This position is located in the Commander, Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Programs. The Purpose of this position is to plan, develop, organize, supervise, implement, promote and evaluate effective Outdoor Recreation Equipment Rental program for all eligible patrons. Responsibilities This position provides technical direction, oversight and guidance for the implementation of policies, evaluation of operations, facilities and equipment and functional operations of a year round, comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Rental program. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of the Outdoor Recreation Gear Issue and RV and Boat Storage Lot, maintenance repair or MWR rental gear (camping trailers, utility trailers, boats, canoes, kayaks, and amusements, etc) Prepares, administers and monitors the annual APF and NAF budgets.
