Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Swimming Pool)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation, Swimming Pool on Travis Air Force Base, CA. This is a temporary position not to exceed 1 December 2026. Eligible to use base facilities such as the Base Exchange (BX), Gym, Outdoor Rec, Library, Marina, Golf Course, Bowling Center, and the Arts & Crafts Center. Responsibilities Recruit, test, assist, train, and supervise other seasonal aquatics personnel, ensure that TAFB and safety rules, regulations, and policies are followed; plan, organize, market, and implement pool programs to meet the needs of the community; evaluate staff and the effectiveness of the pool programs; and ensure efficient management and professional practices at the aquatic facility.
