Supervsior Equipment - Fleet

Responsibilities

As Supervisor, Equipment (Fleet), you’ll lead maintenance strategies, manage daily workflows, and champion safety and innovation across all equipment services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure fleet reliability while identifying opportunities for modernization and efficiency.

You’ll guide a skilled team, optimize lifecycle planning, and champion continuous improvement—playing a key role in delivering reliable, cost‑effective services that keep our Corporation and community moving forward.

Key duties include:

• Plan, direct and schedule maintenance and repair programs of corporately owned vehicles and equipment under the Fleet Services Division’s jurisdiction.
• Schedule and direct the assignment of work, personnel, equipment and resources; instruct Division personnel in efficient methods.
