- Support Procurement teams on Crisis Management (chronic part shortages, recovery plan, other)
- Support Quality teams on Crisis Management (chronic rejections/NOE, quality issues, other)
- Support Supplier Performance / Quality on supplier action plans, assessment and escalations, in the event of recurring performance deviations, until acceptable performance is reached
- Ensure the consistency of initiated improvement actions with all supply chain stakeholders.
- Provide supplier on-site support for SPM/SQE supplier action plans in the event of recurring performance deviations, until acceptable performance is reached
- Assist SPM with onsite activities in support of recovery plan management, with line of balance management of shortages across multiple sites.
