To ensure the effective implementation of Supplier Quality Management at Spirit Malaysia, ensuring full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executing the SQ Action Plan to achieve department objectives.
2. Monitoring Supplier Performance: Develop, update, and track quality data trends, defect rates, and scorecards to ensure adherence to company and customer standards.
3. Producing Supplier Quality analysis from data captured and reporting.
4. Ensuring Compliance: Aligning supplier processes with relevant requirements such as FAA, EASA, AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
5. Producing supplier audit plans: Executing the audit plan accordingly and ensuring closure within the timeline.
6. Conducting supplier audits at supplier sites as per schedule or planning.
