Opportunity Description
The Supplier Quality Specialist executes the Ebara Elliott Energy supplier quality control program. The position works closely with procurement and quality departments to ensure that all suppliers have adequate business management systems for the purpose of providing products that meet Ebara Elliott Energy requirements.
The position focuses on the prevention of supplier defects through the conveyance of contractual requirements. This is done through the management of pre-manufacturing and in-process meetings conducted at the supplier along with the development of supporting documentation, drawings, quality inspection & test plans, etc. In addition, this position will support source inspection needs.
Responsibilities:- Using Ebara Elliott Energy supplier qualification procedures, identify and qualify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
