Supply Chain Coordinator

Note: This is a 1-year contract role.
PURPOSE: Manage day to day supply chain operational activities for Spares To source, plan, procure and manage spares to support all products in FBAP to achieve planned levels of Customer Satisfaction with a minimized total cost. To coordinate all spares inventory planning related activities within APO/GCO Subsidaries
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Support stock Diversion from ALC or among Subsidaries – Support PO and Invoice creation, work with Buying and selling Subsidaries as well as pricing team, etc Replenishment planning and Order Fulfillment for FB items Supersession Maintenance and PO revision (Daily) Follow up with Supplier on FOB schedule as well as expedite for delivery if necessary, as per hub Subsidaries request Support PO and DO creation for drop ship as well as resolve exception alerts so that AP invoice can be generated Handle simple / adhoc enquiry from both hub and non-hub Subsidaries (Need to liaise with Supplier and Subsidaries)...
