Supply Chain Management Executive (6 Months Contract)

Follow up with the receiving team on Goods Receipt (GR) status for pending GRs and provide a list of undelivered Purchase Orders (POs) to the procurement team for further verification.

Prepare and review movement reports ; coordinate with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to investigate discrepancies between SAP and 3PL movement reports , including performing re-PGI and stock adjustments when necessary.

Issue picklists, including Delivery Notes (DN) and Post Goods Issue (PGI) documents, and follow up on pending PGIs caused by insufficient stock.

Process invoices by verifying accuracy, requesting Credit Notes (CN) when required, recording invoices, creating POs in the system, submitting approved invoices to Accounts Payable (AP) , and following up on payments to update vendors.
