Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Logistics, Technology Start-Up)

The Job:
Set up and lead all procurement activities, from strategic sourcing and negotiation to vendor relationship management and performance oversight. Optimize inventory management across multiple locations, balancing stock levels to meet demand while aggressively reducing holding costs. Oversee and execute complex import/export operations, including all international freight forwarding and local transportation. Ensure strict adherence to all global trade compliance standards, accurately classifying goods (tariff codes), and managing necessary customs and trade documentation. Develop and implement new supply chain strategies to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and service levels. Act as the primary risk manager, proactively identifying potential supply chain disruptions (tariffs, sanctions, etc.) and building robust mitigation plans for continuity.
