Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and lead procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, negotiation, vendor relationship management, and performance oversight
- Optimize inventory management across multiple locations, balancing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs
- Oversee complex import/export operations, including international freight forwarding and local transportation
- Ensure compliance with global trade standards, including accurate goods classification (tariff codes) and customs/trade documentation
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
- Identify potential supply chain risks (tariffs, sanctions, disruptions) and implement robust mitigation plans
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to align material flow with production schedules
