Supply Chain Planning Engineer (Sales & Ops)

Responsibilities:

• Demand and Supply Reconciliation: Lead the monthly S&OP cycle to align sales forecasts with manufacturing capabilities. Facilitate consensus between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a single, unified build plan.
• Monitor the sales order backlog against the approved build plan: In cases of supply shortages, lead the Allocation Process to prioritize customer shipments based on strategic importance and revenue recognition targets.
• Capacity and Resource Modelling : Analyse long-term resource requirements, including floor space, assembly bay availability, and specialized labour. Identify potential constraints and develop strategies to balance load against capacity.
