Supply Chain Planning Manager (Santiago de Querétaro)

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planning Manager in our Engineering-to-Order (ETO) Queretaro Plant.

What will you do:

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant/distribution center operations
• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance network efficiency
• Ensure Safety of Logistics team, packaging operations and dangerous goods flows
• Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
• Be responsible for people management including safety (including external), goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being
