Qualifications Possession of Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering 10 years of Industrial Engineering experience within a warehouse setting Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous Exposure and familiarity in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage Proficient in computer applications to an advanced level, with an emphasis on MS Excel or Google Sheets Willingness to travel domestically Competencies required: Problem Assessment; Decision Making; Business Acumen; Leadership; Communication; Planning, Organizing and control; Building and maintaining relationships; Learning orientation; Resourcefulness; Confidence and Stress tolerance.
