Supply Chain Promotions Planner

Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.


Position Responsibilities:
+ Ensure end-to-end communication and execution of all promotions, meeting metrics such as customer fill rate, premium freight, and order change rates
+ Manage supplier performance to enhance overall supply chain and logistics efficiency, resolve chronic issues like lead time and fill rate, and collaborate with key partners for consistent forecast inputs and successful promotion execution
+ Coordinate with supply chain partners to strategize inventory fulfillment, confirm sufficient inventory supply with suppliers, and track purchase orders from supplier to receipt at the distribution center
+ Gather and review new product information for internal departments, ensure accurate product changes, manage item transitions, and plan for proper inventory levels
