The Shift Supervisor oversees warehouse, transport, and inventory activities ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This position involves leading a team, maintaining stock accuracy, and driving performance to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities Manage shift operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Allocate staff and resources to meet workload demands. Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards (5 S).
