Job Description
- Lead on the company's social compliance and due diligence programs in our supply chain, including onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring annual audits are conducted, review of audit reports, follow-up on improvement actions, and identifying risk patterns.
- Provide regular training to suppliers on the company's sustainability expectations, Code of Conduct areas, and other supply chain updates.
- Build strong relationships with the broader sustainability team, production team, suppliers, and third-party partners to support implementation of the company's social compliance and due diligence program.
- Manage grievances reported by workers and/or stakeholders, including introducing the company hotline to suppliers; handling cases properly from receipt to investigation, from resolution to improvement; and reporting for analysis and internal and external disclosure purposes.
