Supply Planning Manager

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:  

+ Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Set clear performance expectations, provide actionable feedback, and develop individual and team capabilities to meet evolving business needs
+ Own and scale supply planning processes and systems (Oracle ERP), driving consistency, data integrity, and team adoption
+ Anticipate and prioritize business partner needs, proactively solving issues before they escalate
+ Own and drive performance against key supply chain KPIs (e.g. fill rate, inventory turns, excess/obsol...
