Supply Planning Specialist

FUNCTIONS

Ensure availability of components and raw materials in order to meet the production plan according to the inventory policies of the company. Responsibilities: • Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging taking into account production planning.• Key planning information update (delivery dates, lot sizes, incidents, etc.). • Prepare orders to subcontractors, send materials necessary to manufacture/package in the necessary cases and carry out the follow-up collection to ensure the availability of the Finished Product.• Medium/long-term rough capacity planning. • Stock management. • Send Rolling/Forecast according to agreements with suppliers to anticipate future supply needs. • Detect and participate in the development of improvements. Requirements: •Education: Degree in BA, Economics or Engineering. •Experience: At least 3 years having similar responsibilities in supply area.•Experience in production environment is a plus.•IT tools : SAP, EXCEL...
