Join Humans Cornwall as a Support Broker, helping individuals navigate and access personalised support, information, and services that empower them to live the life they choose.
- Salary: £26,000 per annum
- Reports to: Team Leader
- Contract: Permanent subject to continued funding
- Holiday: 31-43 days
- Location: Hayle, Cornwall (with free parking!)
- Hours: 37 per week | Mon‑Thu 9am‑5pm, Fri 9am‑4:30pm. An earlier start is also an option
